We develop and market innovative IT solutions for modern archive management and are one of Europe’s leading manufacturers of archive information systems (AIS). Our customers include public and private archives of all sizes, including some of the largest and most important archives in Europe. More than 1,300 archivists rely on our solutions every day. scope solutions ag was founded in 2000 and is situated in Basel on the beautiful Rhine river. With 25 employees, we serve the European market and implement solutions to generate added value for you as our client.

The scope product family provides comprehensive and modular software solutions for archive applications. These flexibly adaptable standard solutions support our customers in their everyday work and cover all archival work processes – from delivery to determination – both in classic analog archiving and OAIS-compliant digital long-term archiving (the latter since 2010). We constantly refine our products in order to stay up to date with the latest developments on the market. We are happy to advise and assist our customers in the implementation and operation of their archive software. We have been able to prove our expertise successfully in numerous projects. Since 2007, we have been working with a process-oriented management system that received ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2019. This ensures that improvements are consistently implemented in our processes.
