Training

The most important manipulations in scopeArchiv are easy to learn. They are intuitive and in their look and feel are very similar to those of Microsoft Windows. Their graphical appearance is also very similar to Microsoft products.

In the case of an initial installation, users nearly always attend training courses held on site on dates defined together with scope or held at the scope solutions ag training center in Basel. The scope of the course depends on the number of licensed modules and the number of users. This initial training is in line with the principle TTT - Teach the Teacher: A few selected people (administrators, pilot users) are trained directly by scope and then pass on their knowledge within their company or archive.

Initial training enables users to work productively with the program. Training is, however, an important, ongoing process and indeed the only way of really being able to make optimum use of the wide-ranging functions and also the investment. The training of newly hired employees must also be ensured. Often there is insufficient in-house capacity to offer these people a comprehensive and top-quality introduction to the program.

scope therefore offers an entire training program (in German, English and French), where individual users or even entire groups can be trained. On request, these courses can also be held on site.
