Customer-specific adaptations and extensions

Many customers operate scopeArchiv “off the shelf” and therefore do not need any adjustments. Add-on programs used at the correct place in the specific work process of an individual archive may in individual cases have a major leverage effect and more than make up for their higher costs.

Customer-specific add-ons and their maintenance, i.e. adapting them to the ongoing further development of scopeArchiv and IT in general are carried out within the framework of individual service orders. They have a warranty period of 6 months, during which faults and flaws are corrected free of charge.

In addition to customer-specific additional functions which can be called from scopeArchiv like other functions (plug-ins), we create reports and queries or program import and/or export interfaces to other systems.
